My name is Mary Lynn Papin, Nurse Practitioner and owner of Solutions Integrative Wellness (formerly HydraBoost IV Therapy). The journey to opening my clinic was deeply personal, stemming from my own health challenges. Two years into a daily, near-debilitating struggle with Long Covid, I realized that traditional medicine alone wasn’t enough to restore my health. While searching for answers, I discovered advanced IV Therapy, Medical Ozone Therapy, and Functional Restorative Medicine. With my first IV treatment, I began to see improvement, and I was thrilled with the results.Eager to learn more, I continued my education in IV nutritional therapies and functional medicine from leading educators in the field. My journey took me to clinics across the Midwest and the West Coast, where I received care and learned from top integrative physicians and nurse practitioners. Inspired by my own progress and the expertise I gained, I decided to bring these transformative treatments to Central Iowa by opening HydraBoost IV Therapy & Wellness, which has since evolved into Solutions Integrative Wellness.
While my energy and health returned, I faced the challenge of rebuilding the muscle mass I had lost during my illness. This experience shaped my commitment to helping others restore their strength and overall wellness. To enhance my practice, I partnered with BTL to offer innovative treatments like Emsculpt NEO and Emsella, focusing on building strength, functional wellness, pelvic floor rehabilitation, body sculpting, and recovery.
I also bring extensive experience working with NFL, NHL, and NCAA athletes, helping them optimize performance and achieve peak health.
