How we got Started
My name is Mary Lynn Papin, Nurse Practitioner and owner of Solutions Integrative Wellness (formally HydraBoost). My clinic was born out of my personal health journey. When I was two years into my daily, near-debilitating struggle with Long Covid (during which I developed an autoimmune condition), I realized that traditional medicine did not hold the answer for my recovery. While searching for answers, I came upon IV Therapy and Medical Ozone Therapy. While it was a process, I began to improve with my first IV treatment and I was thrilled. I started taking IV nutritional courses from the top educators in the field. I traveled to various clinics from the Midwest to the West Coast to be treated by and learn from some of the best Integrative physicians and nurse practitioners. While I was being treated at some of the top "Medical-Destination" clinics, I decided to pursue additional education and bring the treatments home to the Ames area. Finally. I got my life back. So, I set out to do the same for others by opening HydraBoost IV Therapy & Wellness which has grown into Solutions Integrative Wellness. While my energy and health have returned, I lost a significant amount of muscle during my extended illness. So along with my patients, I too continue on my health journey as I work to rebuild the lost muscle. For muscle strengthening and functional wellness, I have partnered with BTL bringing EMsculpt NEO and Emsella treatments into my practice. I also have a long history of working with NFL, NHL, and NCAA athletes to help them perform to their optimal level. For athletes and high performers, I bring expertise and therapies aimed at optimizing performance such as Pulse PEMF, EMsculpt, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and Performance and Recovery IV Therapy to name a few. Solutions Integrative Wellness is an advanced integrative and functional health clinic. While we have patients that travel across Iowa and from other states, we too have now become a "Medical-Destination" Clinic...right here in Ames!
